Sleep? Do I get it? Especially when I am worried, I can stay awake for several hours. But when I do get some sleep, I dream of flying or floating

I sleep soundly but I need a cold room to sleep! If awaken in the middle of the night, I can go back to sleep easily. I dream of problem-solving and adventure.

Wake me if you dare – I love my sleep do not disturb! I don’t dream or ever remember them

I crave raw and cold foods like sushi, salads, smoothies because I think warm and rich foods are too filling. I snack and graze all day rather than having set meals. I like sour taste. I tend to forget to eat during the day then become ravenous at night

I crave hot and spicy foods! Also, chocolate, coffee, wine and beer. I hate “bland” foods. I always have cold water and if I skip a meal, I get HANGRY!

C

I crave desserts and cheese, I tend to lack self-control when it comes to food and emotionally eat, I prefer warm foods and drinks

8) How’s your skin, hair, and bodily temperate?

I have delicate facial features, my hair, eyes, and skin are dry, & hands tend to be cold, I rarely sweat, I often feel dehydrated. I feel like I’m always cold!

B

My skin is oily & warm to the touch, I get really red in the face when I exercise or get angry, my hair has a reddish tint, kind of oily and is straight, on the finer side. I easily perspire & feel warm most of the time.

C

I have large round eyes, my skin is lighter and soft, I have dark, thick hair, and have cold hands and feet. Temperature doesn’t really affect me much.

9) Climate control! What do you prefer?

Generally, I have lots of energy, my joints easily crack, I tend to eat and walk quickly, when I talk I use hand gestures and speak fast, I get distracted easily and have trouble finishing projects I start, I enjoy exercise and moving, I’m perpetually late

I love a competition, I am ambitious, hard-working, achievement-orientated, and organized – some people are intimidated by me! I am a leader and committed, I walk with determination, I am highly punctual

I walk slow, I know physical activity is healthy but I can’t get myself to do it, I’m a good listener and enjoy helping others, I’m slow to change, I have a stable and supportive family life, I am devoted and loyal to my friends and family – I am considered the “rock”
